“Selina & Alan’s private chef Co hire from Ireland, catered for 10 of us, for a week, at a chalet in Zell am See, Austria. Our group ranged from Grandparents in their 70's to young teenagers, so a wide variety of tastes and appetites. I also have multiple allergies and sensitivities which are impactful enough that the only holidays I've taken in the last 15 years have been self catering as I can't risk eating out, especially where a glitch in translation could land me in hospital. On arrival, they took care of all the food shopping. During the week Selina was flexible in tweaking the menu to accommodate requests. The food was plentiful, varied, delicious and presented beautifully. We particularly enjoyed a themed Austrian evening of locally inspired dishes. By the end of the week I knew I was done with self catering holidays! Never mind the skiing, the real holiday for me was fresh, delicious food being planned, shopped for, prepared, served, enjoyed by the whole family and cleaned up afterwards, without me setting foot near the kitchen! We are planning to book our holiday around their availability next year!”

“We hired Selina (private Chef CO) as a holistic and personal private chef to implement a healthy lifestyle change for our family. The original idea was that she would be with us for 4 weeks, but we liked her and her ethos so much that we asked her to stay longer - and she ended up cooking for us for about 6 months in total where she came up with a tremendous variety of meals that were beautifully presented and delicious, being mindful of our intolerances and new diet regime.
We found it very relaxing to have a private chef in charge of the catering, providing healthy food and saving us a lot of time. Our core household at the time was three people, there were very often up to 15-20. Selina cooked many private lunches and exclusive supper parties and also catered for our Wilding Weekend, attended by 300 people.
