Irish Head Chef Selina, has spent many years in North America, Asia & Europe where she managed various teams of chefs and kitchen assistants along her culinary journey.

She has vast experiences looking after families & groups for special events & occasions, boutique weddings, family Celebrations & corporate events.

Her 20 years as a professional chef paired with her fine tuned palate & kitchen skills, both with a huge passion for Finest of Food cooked to the highest standard, gives way to a highly creative, vibrant & refined cooking style infused with a fine touch, to the natural and delicate flavours of great produce, delivers a next level exquisite dining experience.

Inspired & taught by the amazing chefs she has met and had the pleasure to work with throughout her culinary journey, Selina has a deep understanding of fine food, delicate flavours, delightful textures and love to create new dishes & menus.
