Selina & Alan are an Irish Duo who are the “Private Chef Co”.

We offer an Exclusive & unique dining private chef service here in Ireland.

Selina is a 20 year professionally trained culinary artist who has travelled extensively to follow her creative passion. She very much has a deep understanding of fine food, delicate flavours, delightful textures and is always up-levelling her dishes & menus.

She is highly imaginative and can create exquisite menus.

If you book a private consultation with her, she will co-create with you

the perfect menu for your occasion.

She has spent many years as a private & personal head chef for large families and groups worldwide, from boutique villas & mountain chalets to luxurious exclusive stays in Ireland, North America, Switzerland, Austria, France and the United Kingdom.

Selina has spent many years in North America, in the high flying bustling Business city of Toronto where she catered for exhibitions in the National College of Art, along with being well known as Toronto’s infamous Jazz and supper club’s Head Chef, where she managed her team of chefs.

She spent many months close to Vancouver in the picturesque Okanagan Valley, which is abundant with cherry orchards & fertile lands. This valley is abundant with fresh organic produce and bloomed with fruit trees on it’s forever rolling hills.

Here, she catered for many beautiful rustic style weddings and organic wine & cheese tastings.

Her 20 years as a professional chef paired with a background in holistic health & nutrition, she has a creative, vibrant & refined cooking style infused with a fine touch, captures the natural and delicate flavours, delivering a

next level exquisite dining experience.

Alan has a great love and passion for fine food and is a big supporter of Farm to table.

He spent many years on a farm, immersing himself into landscape gardening along side studying food & health safety, teaching people about organic produce, nutrient rich soil & the benefits they have on ones health.

Alan is blessed with a natural creative artistic flair, this combined with a finely tuned palate & his professional gardening skills delivers the perfect combo.
